Le jour où j'ai demandé quatre étoiles.
Pendant plus de dix ans, chaque avis que je recevais était noté 5 étoiles. À un moment, un acheteur m'a pris à part pour me dire que ça faisait trop propre, presque suspect.
Alors j'ai demandé au client satisfait suivant de laisser 4 étoiles au lieu de 5. Il a fait un compromis. Il m'a décrit comme « pas le moins cher », et le pensait comme un fait, pas comme une plainte.
Il s'avère qu'un petit défaut est la chose la plus crédible que tu puisses montrer.
